Wildlife camping in Glaskogen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Glaskogens Camping is one of few wildlife campings in Sweden. Thanks to the rich vegetation and surrounding forest there is a certain amount of privacy and seclusion. But the neighbours are never too far away. So, you can easily get the best of both worlds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camp site is situated in Lenungshammar in the heart of Glaskogen Nature Reserve and offers pitches for caravans, camping cars and a tent meadow. Apart from the camping there is an information centre, small shop, caf\u00e9, sauna, shower, telephone and sanitaries in the area. There is also a possibility to rent a canoe or boat. Camping close to town<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The family friendly Ingestrands Camping is the largest campsite in Arvika, directly at lake Glafsfjorden and it is not far to the town centre. The camp site offers pitches for caravans, tents, RV sites and cottages. Open all year. There is a large playground, rental for boats, SUPs and bicycles. Access to MTB-tracks, walking tracks and a disc golf course. It is close to Arvika minigolf park and Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the guest harbour close to the town centre there are 12 RV sites with barbeque, sanitary building and waste disposal. For more information look on their Webpage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Arvika harbour there is a parking lot suitable to stay for camping cars and caravans. However, no service is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosy camp sites<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do you prefer smaller campsites in beautiful surroundings with a familiar atmosphere you will not be disappointed! S\u00f6lje Camping is an idyllic and family friendly campsite situated at lake Stora Lesj\u00f6n. This cosy camp site offers a lot of space and is known for nice sunsets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treens Camping with its discrete location in the wilderness of the northern part of Arvika offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere as well as good fishing possibilities, disc golf and other activities in nature. A pearl for nature lovers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy a beautiful winter landscape, relaxing walks, shopping in our idyllic little town, skiing and, of course, long and cosy moments in your van, caravan or cottage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingestrands Camping is open all year round and offers pitches directly at the lakeside and cosy cottages. It is just a few kilometres to the town centre and also offers a relaxing room with a sauna. Also Vildmarkscampingen i Glaskogen is available in winter time. However, we recommend you to contact the reception before your arrival for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the RV-sites in Arvika are also accessible during winter, but due to the changes in weather and snow depth, we recommend you to contact the site you are interested in before your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
