There are many advantages to shopping at Charlottenberg Shopping Center: it’s located near the border, offers plenty of free parking spaces, has a bus station adjacent to the parking lot, is within walking distance of the train station, and provides a wide range of stores, groceries, and restaurants\u2014all on a single level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valfj\u00e4llet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are several meeting points in Eda. Just 8 km from Charlottenberg Shopping Center lies Valfj\u00e4llet, offering activities for the whole family. In winter, there are 12 slopes, a fun park with an airbag and rails, as well as a Ski Cross track. You can buy lift passes for an hour or a full season, and children aged 0-6 ride for free in Valfj\u00e4llet. If you don’t have your own equipment, you can rent both alpine packages and snowboards on-site. Ski lessons and equipment servicing are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Valfj\u00e4llskrogen, you can enjoy a warm lunch on the large terrace with views of the slopes or have coffee by the fireplace. Occasionally, after-ski evenings are also organized at the restaurant. You can also visit one of the warming huts or grilling areas in Valfj\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you visit Valfj\u00e4llet in summer, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. You will find exercise trails, an outdoor gym, padel courts, and a pump track. Just over a kilometer from Valfj\u00e4llet lies Lake Hugn with a shallow sandy beach for refreshing swims. It’s easy to launch a boat here for great fishing trips, or if you have a canoe or kayak, it’s a perfect starting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To fully experience all that Valfj\u00e4llet has to offer, you can book a few nights at Dr\u00f6mbyn. The cabin village consists of 40 m2 villa wagons located at the foot of the slopes. There are also caravan camping spots and RV parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eda Golf Club<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

17 km from Charlottenberg Shopping Center and only 9 km from Valfj\u00e4llet is Eda Golf Course, Noresund. The 18-hole course is beautifully situated on a peninsula in Lake Hugn. Here, you can book complete golf packages including accommodation, green fees, and meals. Competitions are held here, and if you need assistance, you can book lessons with an instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Noresund Golf Restaurant is located on-site and is open during the summer. Accommodation options are available in the manor annexes with fully equipped apartments or simpler rooms, all with views of the golf course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noresund offers more than just golf. There are great hiking opportunities, a swimming area, and excellent fishing spots. Its proximity to Valfj\u00e4llet makes it easy to take advantage of the activities available there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charlottenberg Camping and Cabins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hagan\u00e4set is located by Lake Bysj\u00f6n, 7.5 km from Charlottenberg Shopping Center. Here, you can rent a cabin, stay at the caravan campsite, or camp in tents. Many guests choose to stay here for the entire season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hagan\u00e4set offers a wide range of activities for all ages. There are playgrounds, an outdoor gym, mini-golf, canoe and boat rentals, excellent fishing opportunities, and a wonderful beach with a south-facing sandy shore. During the summer, there are additional activity programs including face painting, sandcastle competitions, beach volleyball, and kubb tournaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hagan\u00e4set restaurant serves delicious food with a beautiful view of the lake. During the high season, troubadour evenings are organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charlottenberg Hotel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Adjacent to Charlottenberg Shopping Center is Charlottenberg Hotel, part of Ekman Hotels. The hotel has 179 rooms, designed for bus groups, conferences, and shopping guests. The popular dining room serves breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and \u00e0 la carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can book golf packages, shopping packages, and conference packages. The hotel also hosts dance evenings. With accommodation at Charlottenberg Hotel, you can enjoy days of shopping or combine your visit with skiing, golf, and other attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
