A unique feature awaits at the first barbecue site, where a small raft called \u201cTant Brun\u201d allows hikers to pull themselves across the lake to continue the trail on the other side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trail includes steep sections and more challenging terrain. Parts run through wetlands, which can become muddy and slippery during rainy periods. Along the way, you will pass impressive shingle ridges that show how the shoreline of Lake V\u00e4nern has changed over time due to post-glacial rebound. At Getgarsudde, cliffs, rocky shorelines and pine forests create a unique natural environment.
