In Kristinehamn, there are excellent conditions for paddling. Even though Lake V\u00e4nern is large, there are areas like V\u00e5l\u00f6sundet and Hj\u00e4lmarsviken that offer sheltered paddling. Before heading out to paddle, it’s important to check the wind direction and adjust your paddling according to the conditions and your skills. At Kapurja, you’ll find the sign below with several suggested tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before heading out paddling, it is important to check the wind direction and adapt your paddling to the conditions as well as your skills. Two kilometers north of the Picasso sculpture is Kapurja, which serves as a launch site and a sea rescue station.
