Total length: 6
kmThe trail starts at the parking area by the information board and leads through a lush deciduous forest, where hazel, leafy trees, and large stands of ferns line the path. The southern loop winds along the foot of the mountain before the ascent to the top begins. During the steep climb, there are two simple benches to rest on before reaching the summit.
The northern loop also offers a steep and challenging hike, with several beautiful viewpoints along the way. At Dansarhallen, the highest point of the trail, you’ll find a picnic table, a shelter, and a dry toilet – perfect for a break with expansive views over the Värmland landscape.
At the northern information board, there is also a trail that connects to the Finnskogleden, making it possible to combine your hike with longer routes.
