Next to road 175, opposite of the exit to the Ingestrand Camp Ground, there is a parking area and the starting point for several shorter hiking trails in pleasant coniferous forests. From the parking area you can choose to climb up to Storkasberget or take the circular hikes near the Björnmyra cottage. The distance from the parking to the cottage is 1,9 km.
The hike around Björntjärnet (Bear tarn) is the shortest, 1,8 km. The middle hike around Igeltjärnet (Leech Tarn) is 4,9 km and the longest hike around Lidtjärnet (Hillside Tarn) is 5,6 km and passes Nordal in the south. These distances are measured from the Björnmyra cottage.
