The hike starts and ends at Jössestugan in Rackstad. The distance over the top of Gallberget offers some steep slopes together with beautiful views, so also in the northwest at the viewpoint of Göpugnen/Gôpommen. The substrate is varied with coniferous paths, shavings, piecemeal roots, and stones. A short distance west of lake Agvattnet is somewhat wet.
The path is well trodden and marked with orange paint on trees or on signs.
