Arvika Ljus! is an annual light art exhibition in central Arvika, with the aim of making contemporary art more accessible to everyone by lowering the threshold for experiencing art. After a break in 2025, it is now time for the 6th edition, “Catharsis.” Over the years, the event has created a shared collective memory by bringing great art to a smaller town and connecting people during the dark season.
“Catharsis” is the name of this year’s exhibition, where 9 international artists will create their light installations in central Arvika.
