The competition is a team competition, you can be 1 or 2 participants in each team. The team may have two fishing gear in at the same time BUT one participant must be present to supervise the equipment. Should a competition official discover that no team participant is present, the team may be disqualified from the competition.
It is not permitted to fish from floats, e.g. boats or flotation rings. You may not fish with nets or other unauthorized fishing equipment. Permitted fishing equipment is fly, spinning and reel rods. Allowed baits include worm, shrimp, Power Bait, etc. Mashing and live bait are not allowed.

Skribotjärn is 46 ha in size and has a maximum depth of 35 meters.
