Our trails offer a wonderful opportunity to experience the beautiful natural landscapes of Munkfors-Ransäter.
Many visitors want to truly connect with the nature and one of the best ways to do so is to lace up your hiking boots and head out on the trails.
While everyone is free to explore the countryside under Sweden’s right of public access, we recommend staying on our designated trails and bringing a map to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Each spring, all trails undergo an annual inspection to check accessibility and overall trail conditions. Most routes are reviewed and ready by the end of May. However, weather and other unforeseen events may occasionally affect trail accessibility during the season. Any issues are addressed as soon as possible once we become aware of them.
The trails are listed below. Click on a trail name to learn more about each route and access a trail map. You can also pick up a free hiking brochure at the Tourist Information Office, where topographic maps are available for purchase.
