Training with fun challenges, you train based on what you are able to do. Along the 1.5 km trail in the Tegnér area, there are 12 different signs with different workouts. Each sign describes a movement or a challenge to be performed. The signs contain QR codes, which allow you to access files with film and audio recordings. This is also a good way if the exercise is difficult to understand.
