Stöpafors mill dating from 1917 is a small mill located 15 kilometers from Sunne, and is run by Roar Guldstein and Emelie Jensen.
The mill grinds and sells a stone ground flour called skrädmjöl and delivers it to stores all around the country. The flour consists of oats that has been roasted in woodturning stoves and is grinder on rocks. The flour smells and tastes good, and is really good for baking.
Skrädmjöl has a long tradition in Värmland, the flour is often used in Värmländska specialties such as nävgröt, mårbackakaka and skrädmjölsdrömmar.
