The farm shop is unattended. Choose what you would like to buy and pay using Swish. A clear price list is available in the shop.
The shop sells lamb meat and lamb sausages. Depending on the season and availability, eggs from the farm’s free-range hens are also available.
In the small on-site abattoir, the meat is butchered and packed for the farm shop. After slaughter, the lamb hangs in a refrigerated room for 3–7 days, allowing natural enzymes to work and develop the flavour and tenderness before the meat reaches your plate.
While you are there, you may see the farm’s sheep, hens, miniature pigs and cows. The cows spend at least half of the year grazing outdoors, while the miniature pigs enjoy lying outside in the sun when the weather is right.
