During the tour, you will hear about the sculpture’s incredible journey - from an idea in Pablo Picasso’s imagination to a real sculpture weighing 35 tons by the Lake Vänern. The story includes love, determination, fighting spirit, and unlikely collaborations. You will also see the sculpture from different angles and learn about its unique construction.

Guided tours can also be booked at a time of your choice for bus groups or private groups (during summer on weekends, mornings, and evenings). Private bookings from 400 SEK (1–5 people), additional persons pay 80 SEK per person.
Tours in swedish are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the same time.
At the far end of Vålösundsvägen, 7 km from Kristinehamn city center is the Picassoudden. There you can sit down and have a good cup of coffee at the Picassouddens cafe while looking out over the mighty statue.
