The concert concludes a full day where invited folk musicians gather for a workshop and music session led by Lennart Gybrant and Per Saxholm. Together they help preserve and share the rich folk music tradition of Visnums-Kil and the surrounding area.
The concert opens and closes with a traditional allspel, where all participating musicians perform together. Between these performances, musicians from Värmland, Närke and Västergötland play both individually and in smaller groups, presenting traditional tunes from Visnums-Kil alongside folk music from across the region.
Coffee, refreshments and a raffle will be available.
The event is presented in collaboration with ABF.
