Fishing in northern Värmland offers great variety – from fly fishing and grayling fishing in flowing waters to peaceful fishing trips in forest lakes and Put & Take waters. Within Torsby Municipality, there are 14 fisheries management areas with many different types of fishing waters and nature experiences.
Here, you can discover everything from large lakes and the flowing waters of Klarälven to small tarns deep in the wilderness. Whether you are looking for trout, char, pike, zander, or perch fishing, there are excellent opportunities to find waters that suit you.
To fish, you always need a valid fishing permit for the area where you are fishing. Please also remember to follow local fishing regulations, closed seasons, and minimum size requirements.
