Several shorter trails, including Toppleden and Aspenleden, start at Soltorget on Branäsberget. If you'd like to explore more of northern Värmland, there are several popular trails nearby. Just south of Branäs, Fämtleden and Brattåsleden offer wonderful nature experiences. Around 37 kilometres north of Branäs, Granbergsrundan leads to Granberget, the highest point in Värmland.
