Cross-country skiing all year round
The ski tunnel is at the heart of the centre, making it possible to go cross-country skiing on snow all year round, whatever the weather or season. Everyone from beginners and recreational skiers to some of Sweden’s top athletes trains here. The centre is an Official Vasaloppet Centre and an Official Resort for the Swedish national cross-country skiing and ski cross teams.
Training and outdoor activities in Valberget
Surrounding the ski tunnel is the Valberget outdoor recreation area, with exercise trails, roller ski tracks, bike trails, running and hiking trails, and biathlon shooting ranges. The area also offers an ice-skating rink, disc golf, padel, an outdoor gym, and many other opportunities for training and exercise.
