• Kristinehamn Arena
  Here you’ll find a swimming pool with a lazy river, water slide and relaxation area, as well as padel courts, a gym, café and more. Everything under one roof, close to the town centre.
• Lek & luft
  A 6,000 m² indoor activity centre offering play and sports for all ages. There are inflatable castles, obstacle courses, slides, an air track, football, floorball, high jump, table tennis, soft tennis and much more – simply something for everyone!

• Meet the animals at Stadsbondgården
  At Stadsbondgården in Östervik, you can meet horses, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and cats. Bring a picnic or grill sausages at the barbecue area, which is open to everyone. A small café is open for a couple of hours on weekdays. Is the whole family brave enough to jump in the hay? Guaranteed butterflies in your stomach!
• Playgrounds in Kristinehamn
  We recommend the two newer playgrounds at Adlersparretorget and Stadsparken, the playground in the archipelago (by Kapurja, Vålösundsvägen), with climbing frames, slide, seesaw and swings, the central playground in Järnvägsparken with a play train, climbing frame and table tennis table, as well as the playground at Marieberg, which has a zip line.
• Challenge family and friends to a proper bowling match
  Thanks to the bumpers along all 16 modern lanes and the ball ramp, children and adults can compete on equal terms.
• Konstasken at Kristinehamn Art Museum
  Create and get creative in the art museum’s own creative workshop. There are plenty of art supplies and materials for creative activities, and of course you can take your artwork home with you.
• Kristinehamn Historical Museum
  What was it like to be a child in Kristinehamn in the past? Discover the past through the viewing boxes in the permanent exhibition Iron Built the City and learn more about life in Kristinehamn.
• Visit Kristinehamn Library

• Have a barbecue outdoors
  On Naturkartan, you’ll find 25 barbecue spots in Kristinehamn. Enjoying food cooked over an open fire is an experience in itself. The question is, what will you cook?
• Winter activities
  Fun activities during the winter season.
• Artificial snow trails at Hultet
  Well-prepared trails from 1.5 to 10 km, as well as the popular artificial snow trail of 1–3 km, suitable for both beginners and children. Hultet also has a sledding hill and a barbecue area. Artificial snow can be produced when temperatures reach -2.5°C. The 1 km loop and a 400 m section for beginners, with a sledding hill, are made first. The trail is then gradually extended to 2 km and 3 km.
